RIM’s official Twitter client has been lingering around the internet for around three months now as a public beta, but only just recently lost its “beta” tag. If you were holding back on downloading this app because of fears of instability, fear not. Since this release of the app theoretically is the golden version of the software, it means that some bugs and other glitches have been flattened out into a solid release and that you can get on with your high priority business (or casual business) without any fears of the app failing on you and exploding your phone into millions of pieces. But since the beta didn’t do that to you, we’re going to go ahead and assume this version won’t either. If you have BlackBerry OS 4.5 or later, you are now free to download the app through your BlackBerry web browser or the BlackBerry App World.

It’s one thing to be a Lego addict, but quite another to make a work of art. Lego artist Nathan Sawaya achieved the impossible: make a Blackberry fun to use by making a life size version of the Tour 9600. His Lego version of the BlackBerry Tour, with a whole televison stuck inside, will be used for the BlackBerry developer conference this year. One thing is for sure, it’s a fun reminder of what the Nexus One had during its launch back back in January.

The BlackBerry Bold 2 (or Onyx) has officially been announced at launched for T-Mobile USA and AT&T for $199 (on AT&T with 2 year contract and $100 mail in rebate) and been dubbed the “sexiest BlackBerry ever” by some in the media. This phone is just like the BlackBerry tour only it boasts a better keyboard, better casing, trackpad, and WiFi and 3G and…more providers like AT&T and T-Mobile USA and other global providers next month. Now the question is lock yourself in a carrier now or wait for the HTC HD2 to hit stateside?

No word from Verizon yet, so no one can confirm this, but if this true, it means one less thing you have to carry in your pocket. Add in a GSM unlock, and the MiFi finally comes to T-Mobile. However, I just can’t help but think that why doesn’t RIM announce this? They’ve already announced the Storm 2 and shipped out dummy units. Until then, I can’t help wait for the “Totally New Storm2″ to come out.

These might the first photos of the BlackBerry Onyx (or Bold) 9700 smartphone for T-Mobile and quite possibly, AT&T. The phone has a full QWERTY keyboard, WiFi, video camera, trackpad, and 3G – which is a bonus on T-Mobile, because it has no 3G BlackBerrys. There is no explanation of why it is lying on hardwood flooring, and with a unconfirmed launch on T-Mobile on November 17, this mystery surrounded BlackBerry still has to wait.
