Lenovo has just announced an Android smartphone en route to the Chinese mobile market. Oh yeah, it’s awesome if you don’t count that it’s missing Android 2.1 and a OLED screen.
The shiny device features a 800×480 touchscreen (non-OLED), a 1Ghz Snapdragon processor – the same one in the Nexus One, Android 1.6, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a 9 pin charging socket. No word on international release or even Chinese carriers, but it sure holds potential doesn’t it?
